What materials do you use?
We mainly use PLA (polylactic acid, plant-based) and PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol). Both materials are non-toxic, BPA-free and certified for decorative use. PLA is rigid and detailed, ideal for figurines. PETG is more resistant to heat and impacts.
Are the products solid and durable?
Yes. Each piece is printed with an optimal infill density (generally 20–40%) and thick walls to ensure solidity. Articulated figures are designed to withstand regular handling. We test every product by hand before shipping.
Can colors vary slightly?
Yes, slight variations are possible from batch to batch depending on the filament used. Photos are representative but exact shades may vary. If color is important to you, feel free to contact us before ordering.
🚚 Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Our products are printed to order. Allow 1–3 days for manufacturing, then 2–4 days for delivery in France and 3–7 days for Europe. Estimated total: 3–10 business days.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes! We deliver throughout Europe. For orders outside the EU, contact us directly via WhatsApp or the contact form for a personalised quote.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order directly from our tracking page with your order number.
🎨 Custom orders
Can I order a specific color?
Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form specifying the desired color. We will do our best to accommodate it depending on available filaments.
Do you make custom creations?
Yes, under certain conditions. If you have a 3D file (.STL, .OBJ) or a precise idea, contact us to discuss. Custom creations have different lead times and prices from catalogue products.
💳 Payment & returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer and payments via PayPal. We will contact you after the order to give you payment details. Additional options coming soon.
What is your return policy?
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for personal reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48h with photos and we will find a solution (replacement or refund).
